CBT+ Training - new course dates available

We still have spaces available on our CBT+ course. This is aimed at professionals who have a basic knowledge of CBT, are working with young people and wish to apply CBT to their practice. If this is you, get in touch now!

The course is run for two hours a week, over six weeks.
