Get Moving with One-Eighty

Today we are launching our #GetMoving campaign to inspire you to get creative with staying active in and around your home.

Join us as we seek to maintain our mental and physical well-being whilst supporting One-Eighty through these uncertain times.

How do I get involved?

You, your young people or your entire family can get involved.

Make a donation (recommended £5 per person) via our Get Moving Just Giving page then share your challenge with your friends and family to raise more donations and sponsorship.

www.justgiving.com/fundraising/getmoving180

As a One-Eighty, Get Moving fundraiser, you will be able to join our private Facebook Group to access support, along with ideas and advice on how you can keep active in your home. We will send you further details when you sign up.

Tag using pictures to let us know how you are getting on over the coming months. Let us know how much time you spend getting active in the group and we will add your achievements to our One-Eighty thermometer.

Together, we would like to reach 180,000 minutes over the next 12 weeks whilst raising much needed funds for One-Eighty during these uncertain times.

Whether you raise £18 or £180, working together, we can reach our target and continue to support the young people of Oxfordshire, all whilst staying mentally and physically well ourselves.

Where will my donation go?

One-Eighty is committed to supporting vulnerable young people in Oxfordshire and neighbouring counties. We have already sent ‘first aid home packs to young people to use at home and have successfully delivered engaging sessions over the phone and online …but we want to do more.

£84 allows us to check in with a young person and their family to support with ad-hoc needs whilst they are isolated in their home.

£282 allows us to deliver a weekly session, check-in with their parent/carer and deliver a weekly pack of resources to support during the COVID-19 period.
