We know that young people’s mental health has been significantly affected during the COVID-19 pandemic. We also know that whilst many young people will be looking forward to returning to school and seeing their friends again, there will also be some young people who have concerns and anxieties about this change.
Over the next week, we are going to re-post some resources to help with this transition, starting with the team’s suggestions for books to read with your child to help them understand and manage their worries and feelings.
